New Site for Go Orlando Card
The Go Orlando Card site has a completely new look. The old site has been replaced with a new site that offers a number of improvements for customers.
First, the site has been folded in under a new top navigation bar that allows customers see all of the Go Cards and Explorer Passes offered by Smart Destinations. Previously, each Card had its own separate site which meant most customers were not even aware they could get Cards in other destinations across North America.
Second, more information has been placed at customers’ finger tips. They can learn how the card works, where it is accepted, read reviews by other customers, and see all the VIP extras on the same page.
Images and descriptions have been upgraded, navigation streamlined and improved, and other changes have also been made to the site to help customers plan their trip and get the right Card.
Smart Destinations reports that demand for the company’s attraction passes has not only been strong, but actually accelerating in 2009 as more and more people are looking to travel smarter. The fact that Go Cards and Explorer Passes let people into the top museums, tours, and attractions for a single money saving price makes sense in any economy. The expectation is the new site will further contribute to strong growth.

Think the new look website is great, much better with everything in one place. We are big fans of the Go Orlando card and will be picking up our 5 day cards when we go over agin in July.
We have written a short article about what we did with our first Go Orlando card which can be read here - http://www.silvercreekvillas.com/blog/archives/6
Keep up the good work and may the Go Card group go from strength to strength.
Hi,
Great website explaining fully all the fabulous offers available. We normally use a 3 day ticket when we visit Florida and have found it excellant value, when planning the many different things for all the family.
If staying in a rental home anywhere around Florida these tickets offer a fabulous deal.

Just wanted to let everyone know that the idea for Go Orlando Cards sounds great at first. I recently visited Orlando Florida and had previously purchased 3 passes for the 3 day passes. Everything was going well with visiting few places, until my 3rd day. My family and i went to Wet N Wild. We paid $10.00 for parking and waited in a line. Then went to guest services and one of the Adult Cards had a gliched. It would not allow us a ticket to get inside. This also included waiting in a long line as well. The representative at the window ask others about the problem and was told that the card was no longewr valid and used up my time. I did get the other tickets. We were told there was nothing else they could do. We went back to the Visitor Center and the sales person stated this is a 3rd party transaction and they can not see what is going on. She did contact Smart Destination re: problem and allow me to speak with them. I was not pleased with their response. They were unable to fix the problem. However, she did speak with her supervisor and was willing to have the tickets faxed to Wet N Wild. This was a problem since I would need to wait again in line for parking and guest services again. I explained to her that I had another engagement on this card for the same evening that I refused to drive back to the water park. She then spoke with her supervisor and agreed to having coupons mailed to my home. I will mail a letter with the tickets and the problem to Smart Destinations with a case number. So later that evening my family and I went to the Pirates Dinner and Theatre show. Again encounter the same problem. Spoke with the supervisor there explaining the problem we had earlier and she wanted me to pay for the adult ticket. I showed her my receipt and the number to call for Smart Destinations. It was closed and I told her that I was not going to pay again. She finally did some research and remembered another customer had a problem 2 wks ago. She believes one of the tour places Wonderworks deactivates the card. This is a problem that people have encounter at banks, ATM’s and other shoppping areas. She finally allowed us to go in. The show was great and fun. So if you are thinking about getting this card. THINK Twice. It can ruin your vacation plans and waste your money $$$. There should be a customer service number to help customers when there are problems with it.
The new site looks great :). I’ll make sure to add it to my bookmarks.
